I don't want to keep cursing... but i can't beliave it happen.
Don't know how my stupid backpack open and my mac fell to the floor... the sound was horrible enough, and worst was when I open it.
#$%^&* I'm so pissed off right now... GRRRRR ... apparently buyin a new screen its gonna be over 500 ... half the price of a new one... GRRRR

So I guess letting your Mac fall down is not covered in the warranty?... I left my orininal Mac (the iBook) fall once when I was in France... fortunately it didn't broke... physically it had major scratches and now it doesn't close properly, but at least the screen was intact... maybe yours landed on the side of the screen?
Does everything else appear to work correctly? In the meantime maybe you can just use your Mac connected to a computer monitor?... buy a keyboard, a mouse, and a monitor and use it as a desktop? Until you decide it is time for an upgrade... :-) Although maybe a good time for an upgrade is now... since the Mac is giving away iPods and printers again for the back to school program.
Well apparently ... I dunno I lost my will to do anything with it right now.
I'm gonna fix it, no upgrade atm
too expensive and iPod I allready have.
oh no juanito :-( I am so sorry this happened - alvaro told me on the phone about this earlier and he asked you all the questions I had in mind as well.
I'll tell you one thing though my dear - sometimes in life something happens where money is just simply wasted - in those times, there is no use being angry or upset about it or yourself.
There are much worst things and at the worst this is just money. Don't think about it, have it either fixed or buy a new one. If you dont have money, ALvaro and I can lend you. Else just use your money and dont worry about it.
Fortunately you didn't fall out of your bag! :-P
