that's awesome - what is it?
I was trying to stain for a protein on actual tissue from patients.
But... DAPI as you can see ... its all over the place, i think in the substance they use to preserve the tissue... and my protein was nuclear... so all those dots are just backgroud.
So bad staining... cool pic :)
